Our aim is to support those with raw potential. BetterTrained coaches have a track record of developing international quality athletes.

We won't bore you with the shopping list of benefits that come from a higher level of schooling(You wouldn't go to a cricket coach when you want to learn how to swim... specificity is the solution). Also, we won't preach to you about your personal best two years ago or that you have slowed down a couple yards.

BetterTrained was formed by an individual who in the past has developed world class athletes in his spare time, such was his fascination with improving the human body.

It is old news, we are not.

The Concept

BetterTrained was founded on the belief that excellence and achievement don't happen by accident, but through the rigorous application of intelligent process and what we like to term 'educated effort'. Our goals are very simple - to help our athletes achieve their dreams through the highest level of training and coaching. For us, nothing else counts, and our business is run as a direct reflection of that singular aim.
