1Yr Sports Biomechanics Analysis and Development
Through biomechanical analysis we aim to identify the mechanical principles effecting movement, sporting technique and injury rehabilitation.

Golf Analysis
The service is primarily aimed at those golfers who wish to further investigate swing technique in order to improve their handicap or professional ranking. The analysis can be used to detect subtle differences like those that may be apparent between different irons or between irons and drivers. During the feedback session one can view playback of video images simultaneously with rotable stick figures and graphical data.

Five SAQ Sessions
We look to improve feet acceleration and more importantly deceleration as the quicker you can slow a foot down on landing, the sooner you can get it pushing of in the right direction again.

Sports Nutrition
The food we eat affects every cell and system in our body. It optimises how you look, feel and perform. The right nutrition can make the difference between 'average' and 'exceptional', both mentally and physically.

We provide 1yrs personal nutritional advice and continual development consultations across the UK. These consultations are suitable for serious athletes and professional sports people.

Nutritional Assessment
A 60 minute Sports Specific Nutritional Assessment, we then provide a full tailored diet plan and health improvement pack.
