Sports Conditioning

The participant considers their sport to be a serious pastime.
They require good motor skills and general fitness.

Performing well and winning is of primary importance to them, more so than the enjoyment or social aspects.

They will compete individually, in club or team events.

A good example might be an amateur triathlete.

Sports conditioning clients are hand picked by Better Trained.
A quantity of time and effort will be devoted to such client over and above the minimum specified. (One two hour session per month) - To include full dietary guidance and training principles.

Any income generated through sport will subject to a fee of 25%. A witnessed contract is required.
