Matthew is a very organized trainer and this is very important to me because I need to know that He is continually building on my strengths and weaknesses. He not only keeps track of what exercises we have been doing, but also records my progress. This way, He is able to maintain my momentum and I know what I am improving on each session. And, we're not doing the same exercises over and over again!
